At Knit Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Return:

• The item must be unused, with original tags attached, clean, and free from any foreign scents.

• It must be returned in its original packaging, along with the proof of purchase and a completed return form.

Return Process:

• You must return the product to us promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

• You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product.

Refunds:

• We will process your refund promptly, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive your return notification. The refund will cover the cost of the item(s) returned.

Exceptions:

• The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to items that are custom-made or personalized according to your specifications or to meet your individual needs.
